Processing & Delivery

Shipping Locations & Separate Packages
Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages. A U.S. delivery address does not necessarily mean an item ships from a U.S. warehouse.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, weather, and other circumstances may affect arrival times. If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a prompt refund where applicable.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately to request a correction or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. If an incorrect address supplied by you causes a failed delivery, reasonable redelivery costs may apply where permitted by law and will be disclosed before reshipment.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check nearby delivery areas and household members, then contact us. We will review the available delivery evidence and work toward an appropriate resolution. A carrier’s “delivered” scan does not automatically close your claim.
